Job Tasks: (red, VM job – Blue better to execute in JJ and mainly to lighten Sr Designer– Black is the core task) Prepare shoes rendering based on info supplied by R&D. If able, can create also some colour combination on existing shoe silhouettes (2 hours/day on average) Graphic/print layout (brochures, flyers, cards, catalogues etc. as needed, for worldwide use, following direction of Senior Graphic or Art Director, or if able, can propose layout as well for approval) • Translate in an understandable graphic format the product features (provided by R&D) related to a new product, so the marketing department can do the copywriting, photoshooting, editorials, banners… with the right focus and information • Assist the VM to prepare the Retail Guidelines Book, Marketing Calendar or any other Info usuful for Retailers and Distributors • Help Sales Team with nice presentation and offer to wholesalers/agents/Shows... • POP design and instructions for manufacturer • Develop together with HK retail manager offer/banner/poster/presentation /windows for shop in shops and events • Prepare (only cutting/adding stuff to ready material) video (most are existing and created by LA office) and press material for social media/press requested by shopping mall for email blast and different kind of promotion • Retouching the products shoots and keep filed in the cloud • Assist the Senior Graphic Designer (in JJN) to prepare the packing instruction (boxes, tags, labelling, stickers..) to factories for production, and keep well filed on the cloud. • Class properly and maintain updated and clean the shared folders of marketing material which are accessible to press, distributors marketing offices all around the world. (this can be done by MKTG Coordinator maybe better) • Share and manage marketing and pictures needs of big online flash sales account.
